I truly believe that praciting yoga is such a powerful way not just to move our bodies, but to learn to listen to it, to listen to ourselves, be present, be more aware, and to feel more connected to the world around us.

Celebrating the joy of yoga can start at any age
Moving my body was always an important part of my life. I took my first yoga class back in 2010, and something felt so good after the first class already, that I kept going back for more. I have been practicing yoga ever since.
Becoming a teacher first came into my mind in 2018 after taking a break of being a Marketing Manager, and not long after I finished my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Breathe Together Los Gatos. A 300 hour additional training followed and I started teaching.
I am glad that my journey led to yoga, and I am very happy that I have the chance to share the joy of the practice. I teach vinyasa flow, slow flow and power flow, and I can't wait to see you in class.
